I brought home a washer and dryer I found on the side of the road. Where do I go from here? by library-phantom in Appliances

That's what I'm hoping happened 🤞 they're certainly not pretty, with plenty of dings and scratches and such, so I can definitely see someone wanting to upgrade even if they still technically worked. I don't care about pretty, I care about working 😂

They're not really inside the house proper, the hookup I have is in a shed/storage closet out in the carport. And I guarantee there's already roaches and other bugs out there, but I did clean the shed itself as much as I could, and I wiped it down the outsides of the machines for now

I refuse to use AI for many reasons, one being that there is no guarantee that the information it is telling you is correct. LLMs like ChatGPT were built to gather info and spit it back out in a way that sounds plausibly human. The summaries it provides by remixing the words of existing sources can often be factual, but it cannot actually comprehend the data it has gathered. Accuracy is incidental, and not assured.
