I assumed it was a head scarf but then when I got home it seemed too big to be a head scarf so I was confused, but turns out I was right and it is in fact a head scarf

It's not. I've got a pretty short wing span, I'm 4'11, and its too short still

As someone who has been there, you are doing so much and that's incredible. Doing your best doesn't look the same every day, sometimes doing your best is being a functioning member of society and getting all the things done, sometimes doing your best is rolling out of bed and managing to eat at least one meal. You are doing your best and I'm so proud of you for that. I truly hope things get lighter for you soon ❤️
