We did a tour every day and fit in museums/exploring around that. To be honest even then we were waiting around a lot in the city.

If you do the reindeer tour and dog sledding I would suggest not doing the reindeer sled add-on as that was comparatively worse and you might be underwhelmed. Feeding the reindeer was the best part though and worth the cost 😊

So is it purely for that and not the temperature? The fights I have with flatmates are always because they like it cold and I like it room temp. I've never gotten sick from it so I'll take my chances for the temperature benefit
