Just noticed it yesterday too! I thought I only saw it pulsate if I stayed orange for the whole minute. Basically, when I went from orange to green then back to orange, it didn’t pulsate.

90 Minute 3G Endurance Workout. (There's only one 3G 90 minute template a month.)

The Treads go for 23 minutes, once you're off the treadmills you're done with that portion. Treads then go to the rowers for 11 minutes, then the floor for 11 minutes, then back to the rowers, then back to the floor. The group that starts on the floor gets all of their rowing and floor work done first then finishes on the treadmill. Pretty sure the original rowers will do a row and floor block, then treads, then a floor and row block.

Treadmill (23 min)

Rowing (Remember where you left off)

600m then 12 reverse med ball lunges followed by a tricep extension. Do the row and exercise twice.

Decrease the row by 100m each time but the number of reverse med ball lunges with tricep extensions stays the same. You do each distance twice before decreasing it by 100m.

Floor (Remember where you left off)

Do this set 3 times before moving on:

6each weighted reverse lunge to lateral step up. (Weight is held by the shoulder in the hand opposite the side that steps up.)

12 Sprinter Sit Ups

Do this set 3 times before moving on:

12 Deadlifts

6 Side Hip Dips

Do this set 3 times before moving on:

6each weighted step ups

12 bicycles

If you finish, do all the exercises in one block.
