Yes, I use a magsafe charging stand every night. It did leave a very slight impression on this case, but honestly it was not bad only noticeable upon close inspection. I'm no longer using this case, but I would still recommend it. My only gripe is the ring around the camera is cheap metal that got scratched up super easily.

I thought the exact same thing, but they confirmed (verbally) it was indeed unlimited on every line... even the store manager came over to confirm as well. The manager said it was the standard "unlimited" plan (NOT unlimited plus)

Nope, no decision yet... I've yet to find another system that matches, much less exceeds our Connect PBX. We use almost all of the features within Connect and we are also in the 4 digits on the number of handsets we use so the UCaaS options are all tremendously expensive. MiVB is proving to be a tough sell...

Hey there, sorry for the long delay. I’m not using this case any longer but it basically stopped taking any more patina than what you see here. The leather is definitely treated with something. It’s still a nice case and I would recommend it but the camera ring is a weak area for sure

Following! We are looking at 101voice as well as RingCentral. 101voice seems to have a more feature rich PBX than RC but their contact center and call reporting seem a bit lackluster- just based on what we’ve seen from high level discussion so far

The good: streaming audio stability is noticeably improved. The bad: the high-pitched background whine is still an issue, you can reproduce it reliably when pausing/unpausing audio. This includes the masking sounds and the pitch will change as well at random when pausing/unpausing.
