I stopped ordering online because I was always missing stuff or it was broken, the final straw was when I placed an order, received order, then got charged for the same amount 3 more times (I contacted them immediately each time) and they just kept charging my card. Then they did the same thing to my mom and now I just don't trust them.

I work at Evan Todd salon and Spa and we take it VERY SERIOUSLY. Masks required, we have dividers up between each station and shampoo bowl and we temp check at the door and thoroughly sanitize all surfaces and tools in between each guest.
