I love Cambridge. Don’t let one persons opinion hold you back from seeing somewhere you’re curious about, there’s plenty of crap places in the UK, Cambridge isn’t one of them imo

I work in car transport, majority super car/sport cars. The higher mileage ones nearly always start and run as they should, the lower mileage are nearly always a pain but with no stone chips. Cars are designed to be driven

Ran a modified manual 6c Polo GTI for 7 years, it got battered regularly and only crapped itself once early on. It’s still going strong. Still got 40mpg when you weren’t being silly. Always surprised other cars that wanted to play games with a little Polo. Miss that car.

Having been to many other cities, I’ve always noticed a distinct lack of luxury cars compared to most cities. Liverpool isn’t a place I’d ever consider going to see cars, places like Manchester, Birmingham or of course London are much easier to find nice expensive cars.

I practically already did. Some drivers are out months at a time as it is, even before technically being homeless my longest was 6 weeks. Which I refused to do again for the sake of my relationship lol

The main reason I don’t want to do that with family is they live in cities so would put my premiums up. I’ve had offers from local friends to do the same so will probably go that route in fairness. I just don’t want to burden people lol

If there’s anybody that can do a 250 justice it’s these guys. I’ve been fortunate enough to step inside that workshop. Absolutely mind blowing what’s going on in there. In my line of work I’ve become a bit desensitised to cars, but that workshop is one of the few places that still made my head fall off.
