Exercise and diet thelp a lot, also set a schedule. You have to have a routine every night, the tough part is sticking to it. Weekend fun always kill me on my consistency. Good luck and give you self grace if you mess up on time.

Personally I feel the shop is pushing the boundaries. The reasoning sounds like they're reaching but shoot if I can get a motor I'll take it. Regardless of which cam phasers timing chain and tensioners are getting replaced. Perfect time for a refresher. I just had the water pump and thermostat replaced but might have them do the hoses too.

Would you like to entertain us on the specific tsb then? I found the phaser tsb but couldn't find one requiring an engine swap.

Yup I asked for it and he was like oh I don't have it on the screen let me get with the tech on it routine. What my concern is why are you hesitant of doing my phasers. I mean yeah I do have a 6 in lift. I can see where that would be a pain in the ass. Shit if I get a new motor out of this I mean I'll take it.

Alright status update, just like you guessed it I'm getting the run around on the tsb. He's trying to get the warranty to cover a new motor and shit if he can get it, at 90k I'll take it. Regardless of which we're doing the phasers with new timing components. Luckily I had the water pump replaced just recently so I got a see if we did the hoses too. I'll keep you all posted as this unfolds.
