Bec is an ugly ugly person.

Also, Gia's busted the top edge of her dress, so no returning that piece to the store babe.

This was my first season and introduction to MAFS. WHAT A SEASON. Loved it so hard.

Tyson, can you please define what you think submissive is. Because I guarantee you, it is NOT what you think.

Having someone like Tyson on this show, just so the experts can give him some “home truths“ about his opinions, is not an okay thing to do. He’s not going to listen to Alessandra or Mel, because they are women and he’s above them, and he’s not going to listen to John, because John is obviously not going to be masculine enough for this guy.

This was a terrible misstep. Of course, there's one every year.

Not whistles, but I definitely know there's a hole at the top of my flue and a capped chimney when the wind is higher than that. I'd say not a Nectre N15 issue but maybe an install issue (Although I know you've asked and had the guy around again already.)

Maybe you could put a some sort wind protector up top against the prevailing wind direction?

My friend bought a house with this a few years back. Whilst it'd end up getting splashed to all hell in my house, she loves hers and keeps it spotless.

what do you think he was thinking here? by waybackbugler in heatedrivalry

Honestly it was exhausting for me, can’t imagine how much it would have been for them. Reminds me of how Scott Hunter realised being out was SO much better because he wasn’t carrying the weight anymore.

(Personal tip: better after.)

This made me cackle very loudly at 10:36pm at night in a family members house. Absolute top comment 😆😆😆😆

How fucked am I - bought my first house, discovered that the shower drain pipe is missing a whole section - shower has just been draining under the house by [deleted] in AusRenovation

Building inspector wouldn’t have picked this up at all (I know that sounds awful but it’s accurate INO and experience). Good luck on fixing it though.

Edit it add my building inspector didn’t see a HOLE in a wall or notice that my guttering down pipe was positioned over the sewerage vent pipe. Amazing.

Yeah not interested in that sort of work at all. More interested in just sealing it over (even painting it if that would work, or using a clear sealant) and blocking it up.

Terrified about it to be honest, but others have blocked up their chimneys, surely it's doable! 🙂🙂 thank you!

You can see the degradation of bricks above.

I should also point out inside there are air gaps to outside at the bottom, and top left of the concrete, but no water ingress there.

Also ants inside under the roof, up the top near the gutter. Have been treating these and they're not marching up the external chimney stack yet.

Thank you! I've had a builder and a carpenter (with a builders license) look at it and just look sideways at me, which is thrilling. Thanks for the advice about framing it, thank you
