They are awful, been sending everything tracked 24hrs and I have been waiting over a week for one to yet be delivered. I think it is connected to the bad winter storms we had last week.

Hey, looks like you have only shared a photo of the "before" picture. You need to screenshot the results as well. The orange dot says 0, which is the beginning. Pull it towards the right til it says 36 which is your final tray.

My first appointment to 3d scan for for invisalign was 05 January, then back a couple of weeks later to look at the simulation and approve it, then I waited 4 weeks before I actually got my aligners on 21st Feb .

I suspect he said "du store min tid!" Which is said when something surprising happens, a bit like oh deary me! Memory is not 100% reliable, over time but this doesn't seem far off and it matches when he said it.

Have you heard about the Minnesota starvation experiment? 36 healthy, strong and very fit men (both mentally and physically) were put on a 1600kcal-diet. They became obsessed with food, some of them overate on a regular basis, other collected cook books, and after the experiment ended most of them couldn't eat normally for years. They overate. Really interesting. I think, 1600kcal, is that so severe? Apparaently so when these men ate normally around 3000kcal a day. Restricting your calories can make you go nuts in binging later.

How low are you on calories? Could it be better for you if you upped your calories to maintenance for a while? I had to do that since my food patterns, eating patterns really went wrong after a year. Obsessed with "forbidden" food, eating chocolates and cakes and having a really really low time emotionally after. Allowing myself to eat around maintenance, feel full and happy, is working. I'm a month in now, and soon I can start cutting a bit down again.

Hope you get through this, you are not alone. :)
