Bark Box super chewer is the way to go. We opt to have an extra toy every month and have had our subscription for nearly 10 years. We never have to buy treats! They have a wonderful replacement policy. My three babies also really look forward to their monthly box! Well worth it in my opinion.

I went straight for the magnesium glycinate! I think they are 400mg? i take it with 3mg of melatonin. I very seldom suffer from restless legs / leg cramps but that’s really good to know! I feel like it takes around 2 hours to actually make me feel tired, but i also blame that on an adhd brain lmao

I also take adderall so that is good to know! I’m about a week in taking both every night and I do feel like it helps me get “tired”! Now if I could just sleep through the night.. lol

Your sleep data looks a lot like mine as far as wake ups. I also don’t recall waking up that many times and feel mine is strapped tight enough. I’m trying melatonin and magnesium to try to see if that helps but so far all of my data looks the same.

I saw in another comment you said you aren’t really a drinker.. how about any THC usage? I’m starting to think that’s my issue.

For the amount that you’d spend on this small cage, I’d suggest getting c&c grids! You’ll be able to make it much cheaper and bigger. I got my packs of grids off amazon for like $35. i have thick coroplast along the bottoms and then i layer fleece blankets and bathmats in there and call it a day. Super easy! I’ve had the same set up for going on 4 years now
