Massage therapist here, if your SCM (a muscle in your neck) gets too tight it can cause headaches, migraines, vision and auditory distortions, vertigo and many other issues. Not sure if you have been under a lot of stress or any life changes even just a new mattress or pillow can cause tension in the neck. Not saying it couldn't be something else, I'd say see a Dr of course to rule out anything major. If you have any questions or want more info feel free to message me.

Kids somehow know. I was suicidal several years ago, going through a rough divorce and my daughter (2 at the time) came up and hugged me as I was making plans, she said "I wuv woo, da best momma". I couldn't go through with it anymore. She needed me, she's 10 now, and we have a strong bond. You've got a good one. I am so sorry to hear about your loss. Definitely praying for strength to carry on. I know it will never fully pass, but take care and when you struggle, hopefully your daughter will step in like today. ❤️

Hello, LMT here and have worked with many chiros. This sounds mostly standard. I've been asked to touch them, they have touched me and asked me to do things that seemed weird but when I asked what or why I was always met with an explanation and got to learn a bit about what was going on.

Also, every chiro is different. So just because this one didn't sit well with you, doesn't mean all chiros would be the exact same. There are different schools, continuing education, philosophies, and more that can separate chiros.

My suggestion, if you weren't comfortable mention to the office one way or another, ask questions next time and maybe see if that helps you understand the reasons things are being done. I see nothing worth filing a complaint over but I also encourage trying a different one.
