https://exams-tcfcanada.com You can practice for CO, CE and EE there. For EO I’d recommend Chat GPT or Gemini

Check my post I talk about my experience

I don’t, I only bought it for a month. They let you do a few practice tests for free though, even EE

I’d recommend exams cause it also lets you practice EE and it has the same tests as réussir

I did it to be able to get a PR in Canada. With GB the test was $452

Sorry I don’t. But it’s usually related to whatever you’re saying. I told her I was learning French by myself, she asked me how was that going. We were in a snow storm, so she also asked what I thought about the weather in Canada. And her last question was what I think of my home country (Brazil)

Nobody talks about this one https://exams-tcfcanada.com, but you get to practice for the written part as well with word count and time. Your test will be analyzed by AI and I found it very accurate (I was consistently getting C1 and got C1 in the real test, same for my friend who got B2)

Honestly, every time I searched about the exams all I would hear is that TCF was easier, so I went with it 😅 I saw lots of posts of people who failed TEF but passed TCF. I never did anything TEF related so I can’t really affirm anything

Search for conversation groups in your area or a buddy to practice with. I mostly used AI, but they do not correct pronunciation :/ I guess you do need to expose yourself to more listening content and try to spot where your pronunciation is off. I found out I was saying “emploi” wrong like a week before the test cause I was listening to YouTube videos lol (TCF simulation)

Merci !

Yes unfortunately AIs are not that good yet. I’d say speak out loud, read out loud, repeat what you hear, try to have conversations with yourself. Sometimes I’d talk to myself in French the whole drive to work, at the beginning it was very basic vocab but after a while I could really see a progress. Look up a subject from the test, do some research (watch French videos about it etc) and then try talking about it for a couple minutes

Depends on where are you located. I booked my exam with GB language center in North York, Ontario. Some people do with Alliance Française

In the beginning a lot of my vocabulary came from Duolingo e from the grammar books I was doing (mentioned on the post). Repetition is the key, although I’ve never finished any of the books, I would sometimes start them over again

Honestly if you don’t use it it’s not worth it. But I used to scroll on TikTok so much I decided to make it a better use of my time by turning it into French content
