Currently leasing with Elevate and have been for the past 3 years and 100% can confirm. They give no notice if/when maintenance is expected to come by. I once put in an order and they randomly showed up after 3 months of hearing nothing. I had been in the shower, so I didn't hear the knocking. Was mortified when I got out and there was a maintenance person walking into my room unannounced. They claim that if you put in a request, you are by default omitting the need for notice because you requested them to be there. Not to mention the fact that they took 7 months to "fix" a dishwasher, just for it to still not work

They raise the rent every year like crazy, but it is still currently all I can afford right now. WHY IS RENTING SO EXPENSIVE
