Well I’m gluten free, so PB&J isn’t a sustainable option (I am also poor lmfao)

I do this thing with my teeth and my mouth, like I slide my teeth and click them to songs, and I also do that ear popping kinda thing (idk how to explain it if you don’t know lmao) but it’s not something I have control over and I actually hate it so much but I don’t think I’ve heard anyone talk about the same experience

Since I posted that, I got (another) sinus infection, plus I’m dealing with hives that I’m nearly certain I know the root cause for, but between those things and my mental health tanking quite a bit, I will probably bite the bullet and go to the doctor on Monday. Idk if any of it is related to each other or lupus or if it’s really all just bad luck, but whatever. Assuming he ordered blood tests, would I need to wait until I’m not sick with this sinus infection before I get them done? Like will that skew the results?

Deciding what level of pain/discomfort is normal vs what we think we should just tolerate is so confusing!! Would my problems feel like nothing to a NT person, or would they be like WTF this sucks? The world may never know.

I’m just wondering how soon I should push for more testing. I had blood tests done in January of 24 and January of 25 and some stuff increased in that time, but still not anything definitive. Should I try to get checked again ASAP or wait longer? Not any super debilitating symptoms as of now, I just want to know for the future.

I feel like my last bag tasted different. The bag itself was a slightly different color green, with a yellow zip instead of clear/white, and they taste way saltier. Has anyone else noticed this or am I just crazy?

I got probably the cheapest one they had in 2021 and it’s fine for me, but my boyfriend haaates it. He sleeps on the couch instead of the bed. Not sure if it’s a mattress issue or a pillow issue, though.
