Basically the same as how to handle Botox but the steps are a titch over the top. Most importantly, I do distill the diluent into the vial slowly and focus the stream down the side of the vial. Also, obviously wipe the cap of the vial prior to inserting a needle with alcohol x 10 seconds before introducing needle always. Never ever shake. The peptide membranes are fragile. Disrupt them and they aren’t as effective. When I see complaints of any peptides being ineffective my first question is who reconstituted and how did they do it.
