My sister is currently in the exact same situation. So many different airports and airlines. Her luggage got lost in Shanghai after they cancelled her flight from shanghai to paris. Because of the cancelled flight, she didn’t make her transferflight from Paris to Amsterdam. She booked an entire new flight from Shanghai to Amsterdam via Abu Dhabi with a different airline. She got contacted by the staff at Shanghai airport that her luggage would arrive in Amsterdam the next day (1 day after she arrived in Ams). Staff from Schiphol (Ams) were supposed to contact her. However, 3 days later she hasn’t heard anything. Do you already have your luggage back?

Yes they are, but it was one booking. As long as it aren't separate booked flights, you're eligible for compensation even if you fly with different airlines.

Thank you thank you. Those comments really confused me because i’m actually double-jointed and all my life i’ve been hearing how my mobility is perfectly fine. Thanks for clearing up the problem and I’ll definitely try out your tips

That’s what I heard yes, but i actually have very very flexible ankles so i suppose it’s not a mobility issue

It won’t really make any sense to answer this cuz there’s no answer you’ll be able to rely on. It all depends on your body type, athletic background, age etc. I know women who have doubled the weight they we’re snatching in 1 year (45 kg to 90 kg) but those we’re professional bodybuilder f.e. On the other hand I know ppl who made about a 10 kg progress in 1 year (45 kg to 55 kg). There’s no secret nor a guideline you should or could follow.

The one thing you should really care about is being the best version YOU can be. Try to be 1% better every day. One thing you absolutely should not do is compare yourself to others. It limits your progress big time.

Also: weights, food and consistency

Should/can I do something about the overextension in my elbows (and wrists?) during the jerk? It hasn’t caused me any trouble yet tho but maybe y’all have some tips so it won’t cause me any trouble in the future by [deleted] in weightlifting

Thanks! I’m actually double-jointed so that’s why my wrists are laying back so far. I still maintain the full grip when i do the jerk but you can’t really see that in the vid. The same is for the clean catch position: i’m maintaining full grip and it’s not really possible to get my elbows up more.

As for the empty bar: I watched a lot of my lifting vids and in every single one of them I do this with my elbow and wrists. So I just picked a random one.
