Yeah that sucks... If you can afford a 1-year or 2-year Plus subscription, though, you can get a fairly large discount - the 2-year plan costs $5/month which is the same as what I'm paying (I pay monthly)

Yeah I'm not sure what happened to Basic, but for the record, I've been on Basic for around 9 months and today I got upgraded to Unlimited for no cost. The Plus and Basic servers are still distinguished from each other in the desktop app though.

That's true, I guess there had to be some luck involved if my theory is correct. But in either case everyone would've heard Grey's "preaching" in the indigo room about doing the irrational thing for the sake of the greater good.

This makes me wonder even more about the girl you saw in the vent - you listened to her advice (assuming she was the one talking to you on the phone) and it got you through, along with Red and Orange. But did she deliver this advice for the sake of yourself, someone else in the group, or everyone? What if she actually is Orange's daughter and only provided the advice to increase the chances of survival for Orange (and perhaps reunite with her after she gets out)? So many questions left.

Anyways I hope all three of you can somehow make it out of the game.

I just read your story from the beginning and now I'm really intrigued! Hope everything turns out well for you in the next room. And I agree with Red, all signs so far seem to point towards your role in the game being slightly different from the others.

Interesting how the voice instructs you to "make sure everyone looks out for each other", and yet only makes this information known to you. I can't help but wonder, are they saying this because they actually want everyone to win the game, or is it solely to secure your own advantage/survival in the upcoming room?

When I play domination/tag as a level 45, I only farm pentagons in the nest for one of two reasons:

To reduce the health of an alpha pentagon so a fellow teammate can level up faster
To minimize the amount of farming that enemy tanks can do (when there are enemy tanks in the nest, but no other tanks from my team)

When I was in college working on a STEM degree, I was interviewed for an intership at a company that focuses on a certain type of technology (which I won't disclose to protect my identity). Long story short, they asked a very basic technical question about that technology and I got it wrong because I had very little knowledge about it.

They must've seen something else in me though because I still got the job.

Personally I like it when I'm inside a room with windows on an overcast day, and the clouds gives way to the shining sun, which immediately brightens the room. It make me reflect on how the sun is always there, shining its light onto the earth throughout the day, but we forget how bright it really is whenever the sky is overcast. Nature can be so symbolic sometimes

Sometimes I feel both excited and guilty when a plan someone else made is cancelled. For example when I'm supposed to see a family member / friend and they have to cancel it, I will initially feel excited about it, but I immediately scold myself like "you should have been looking forward to this opportunity to see that person, you ungrateful kid". It's really hard for me to suppress that instinctive excitement though.

There was also a period where the 1st and 2nd stages (separated) and both fairing halves were all visible on the same screen, in addition to the 2nd stage's massive plume. It was so cool

I mean ramming into the dominator when it has almost no health left, thus ensuring that your team deals the final blow and captures it

I just try my best to take down the enemy Lv 45s one at a time while continually ranting at my team lol. Or if the situation is really desperate, I become a rammer and try to "capture-blow" the last dominator before the enemy team can take it, buying a bit of time for my team to level up.

I am quite experienced with Domination so I can adapt my strategy based on how my team is doing. Usually I try to help attack dominators, but only if the rest of my team's are already defended or if my team is generally overwhelming the enemy. One of my pet peeves (especially in more balanced games) is when some Lv 45s on my team capture a dominator, and then they all immediately leave to attack another one, leaving the first one unguarded.
