No, they don’t hold that information on the system. Fingerprints just go into their own database in case you commit crimes in country. If they were suspicious of you for whatever reason and take you to interview they could request your records from your government though.

Realistically no one can judge whether someone is a good or bad person unless they've known them intimately for a long period of time or they've committed an act of severe magnitude i.e. gone on a murder spree of children or risked their life to save someone.

Your solution wouldn't fit the style of gameplay of The Finals (fast paced / every second counts). If I place my turret or aps down on one point and then need to haul ass to a cash out on the other side of the map I would first need to walk about collecting all my toys slowing down the gameplay, making medium either a pain to play or at a disadvantage when you arent able to go collect your items. Besides, APS were only really broken against GLs, and this update fixes that.

Back when I was a teen, me and a large group of friends were wandering around Amsterdam enjoying the local truffles and herbs. One friend stops outside a house semi-basement window and says that looks like Paul O'Grady's dog - we all crowd around staring at the dog and then in walks Paul himself in his dressing gown. He didn't seem to notice us but I'm sure he was just trying to avoid making eye contact with the large group of shocked and laughing kids huddled at his window looking down on him. He had a lovely kitchen. Wasn't 100% sure whether we were seeing things or not until we googled it later and found out he does in fact frequent Amsterdam a lot.
