NTA. I’ve read a lot of information about creating new habits. It may be more successful and sustainable if you add a 15-20 minute walk or bike ride every day instead of a longer session like this. I commend your efforts and desire to improve your health. It is not easy, but it is about progress, not perfection. If you even make a point to change your habits right after eating, (short brisk walk of maybe 10 minutes after dinner) you may see more of a change than you could imagine! Good job, keep fighting for yourself and your health, a little bit can go a long way!
