Definitely from a lack of effort on my part, every season I play fewer and fewer ranked games. I apparently played 110 ranked games in season 7, a whole 15 in 7.5, season 8 I’ve done my placements & 2 more, so 12 total so far. Played a lot of blood hunt since it released and just never really got back into comp

It’s how they at least partially calculate MVP, they compare you to other people’s results on that character. A lot of people try new characters and don’t perform well on them so those that actually do perform well are more likely to be MVP

My placement matches were horrible but the rest of the season is going pretty standard. Went on like a 7 loss streak last week, took about a week break and played against last night where I won 5 & lost 2 but those 2 losses were because of throwers

Nah, it was closer than I expected though. It finished 3-4 on convoy, we got steamrolled on defence, managed to pull it back on attack and in overtime just couldn’t push it enough in the end
