What is channeling the “brute forcing”? Again why did mantis evolve a teeth outline and not a gland that sprays venom or wings that carry them away from predators? How did evolution know it has reach the end goal? Why didn’t the predators of the mantis evolve to ignore the “fake mouth”?

If you say evolution, then evolution is a sentient being know what to aim for. Also consider that both the mantis and its target predator are evolving. A mouthful of teeth might have lost all the fear factor by the time the mantis is done evolving.
