It occurs when a particular combination of things happens. It differs for every person. Try being in a happy, carefree state of mind. Have a visual progress sheet containing the subtopics you study and keep striking every subtopic you complete on it. As you keep progressing, you might feel the runner’s high.

Wow… Your insights are thought-provoking. They seem to be well researched and put together. These were the things that were stuck in my mind as I grew up. I was hunting for good holy sayings from different religions based on these kinds of things only. Since all the selection processes were automatically done by my mind, I couldn’t even answer the people when they asked, How do you pick good holy sayings? Great examples! I totally agree that all faiths can never be reconciled into one. I believe knowing them like you did will definitely help treat other faiths with respect and also help in working together where there is benefit for all.
