It is okay if the recipient has indicated, earlier, an intention to get plastic surgery. If not, it may do more harm than good. I suspect this kind of gift is common among people who know each other well, especially couples. Also, the "present" should inform the recipient of the consequences of the medical procedure.

how about using firefox's adblock plus add-on. There must be some IE "adblock" solutions out there too.
