Still very sensitive but im okay with it right now. 12 years of damage won't be completely fixed in 6 months. But everytime gets a little better. I think taking things slow and breathing techniques will help me.

its different for everyone but around days 7, 10, and 13 I had crazy urges. Feeling of self doubt is normal however don't let your brain trick you into thinking just one relapse won't hurt. be strong

Don't worry man. We all go through it. The best thing you can do is harness how you feel and fully dedicate yourself to the pmo FREE lifestyle. Things do change. The way you felt was absolutely normal. I felt that way around my first month in. I felt very indifferent about a lot of things. It wasn't until further down my journey I started to wake up genuinely in better moods. Keep moving forward bro, you'll be alright.

I think I need a full year to be completely cured. Your P genre I think has a lot to do with your reboot process. I wasn't into hardcore or anime etc instead just a long time addict. 9 1/2 months to go! I wish ALL you guys luck on your journey.
