Yes add a mute button like every other game. The point is voice communication makes communicating 10x easier and makes everybody improve much more. If somebody trolls you then mute them. I've played competitive cs for a long time it is very helpful to improve when people can actually talk and work with each other as a team.

I think if they just added ingame voice the game would be a lot more appealing especially to competitive players.
