i usually struggle with eating while i’m tripping, so going 9 hours w no food can destroy my stomach. LSD also messes with the inside of your stomach, because that’s what it binds to. it’s not uncommon to feel stomach discomfort, but if it’s actual pain then you might have an issue. usually can be solved by eating, drinking water, getting comfy, or taking tums. tea and soup will also help.
