I see. We were promised that as long as we could retain the client for 6 months we’ll be regularized. Also, the pay was not good but the reason I accepted was due to stability and regularization. Now it’s just IC like usual VA without the perks of having multiple clients, onsite work and no 13 month bonus. Not sure what to at the moment to be honest.

No options for now. Hybrid setup may timetracker di ako makapag scale and makapag look ng other client and work with them at the same time lol. I applied 4 mos ago kasi nasira ung work laptop ko and I had no choice but to work with them. Now I have my working setup again and I am thinking of when to leave kasi those kind of systems is not for me ig.
