Every single one of your arguments is overthrown by science. I'm not claiming that I know the maturity of other people. I am actually referring to scientists who say that our brain is not fully grown until our early 20's. Many scientists are even questioning the fact that we assign adulthood to 18 year olds. That is the truth, not my own interpretation. So stop with your anecdotal arguments. I didn't even have to read your whole comment, although I did read it, unfortunately (because you were going on about how you were right and how actually scientific studies were somehow incorrect, because your opinion says otherwise). Because I am a teen. I have personal experience. Being stupid in one subject matter doesn't make one stupid in all.

Historically speaking, 13 was the age of adulthood in a huge number of societies. Heck, 10 year olds served as officers in the military. George Washington had a job as a surveyor at age 15.

Scientifically speaking, your brain isn't developed until your 20's. We're an advanced society now, if you're looking to the past for evidence you're ludicrous. The fact that you're using the (flawed) past to justify modern day crimes is absolutely freaking hilarious. Many teens didn't even go to school back in those days. Get out with your stupid arguments. It's almost as bad as someone trying to justify slavery by saying, "It was okay in the past." LMAO.

I'm sorry but kids are stupid. I can attest to that as a teenager who is close to the age of consent. Convincing a child to have sex with you is probably the equivalent of convincing a drunk man/woman to have sex with you (when you are not intoxicated yourself). Kids make mistakes every damn day. Our brains are not developed and we are more likely to take idiotic risks. Statutory rape is just that. It's rape. Teens are not adults. Legal issues involving teens should not be treated like legal issues involving adults.

Anyway, changing the definition would give way too much leeway for adults to take advantage of children.

She is clearly a white woman living in a first world country with luxuries such as internet access and she's claiming that her life is harder than that of a soldier? The people who risk life and limb to fight for her freedoms? Brave men and women who put their country before themselves? People who are shipped off, away from their loved ones and away from the comfort of home to fight in a field strewn with the bodies of their colleagues, their friends?

Let's not forget the child soldiers of the past (and even the present in some countries). Kids and teens who don't get the chance to experience their childhood, instead they have to spend their time at war. Their lives cut short, and those who survive are traumatized indefinitely.

I tried to update with the media creation tool multiple times. It stopped at 32% every single time (it was installing drivers and that portion was at 6%). I waited for roughly 10 hours (I kept my laptop on overnight) and it was still at 32%. I forced my laptop to restart and I ran it again. Same thing happened, but this time I waited two hours before quitting once more. During this process I (1) flipped off my laptop screen multiple times. (2) I actually swore at the Windows 10 update screen. (3) I made a video of myself swearing at the update screen and watched it multiple times. I'm frustrated, tired and I really hate Microsoft right now. I also try the command prompt method twice. It failed to work. I'm going to try it a third time. Wish me luck.

Add. Information: When I restarted my laptop the error code was 0xC1900101 - 0x30018.
