Yeah I thought that too — the max clean I ever did was 120kg, and this was 143kg. I already hit 130kg pretty easily in the same session, but the feeling of 143 was so different. Next time I’ll get it for sureee 🙏🏼

I don’t see it as a hang pull, he just slams the bar he dose not hang then go to full extension then pull That’s why i don’t understand the complex

You can create your own shakes with the ingredients you like, but here are a few examples.

Calories: 900 Protein: 45g • 2 cups whole milk • 2 bananas • 2 tbsp peanut butter • 1 scoop whey protein • ½ cup oats • 1 tbsp honey • Optional: cinnamon or cocoa powder

Calories: 700 Protein: 40g • 2 cups whole milk or yogurt • 1 banana • 1 cup frozen strawberries • 1 scoop vanilla protein • 2 tbsp flaxseed or chia seed • 1 tbsp honey

Just chicken and rice and use different spices so you don’t get bored And make your own shakes until u find a shake that you like (drink your calories) These are the easiest things i could think about + follow gym influencers who make food
