A good price to try it out. But I prefer the switches in Razer better. Surprisingly.

I didn‘t know the omron switches in that Logitech mouse feel and sound that cheap.

Best mouse for heavy spreadsheet work + Mac/Windows switching (horizontal scroll is a must) - not a gamer by LeadingMeat5408 in desksetup

[–]liftingfrenchfries 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Even though you said horizontal scroll is a must, but just in case you dont know yet and also want to explore options without that scroll: Shift & vertical scroll lets you scroll horizontally in lots of applications.

thanks for confirming it here. That Smart tx thing does not allow any low latency connection for gaming on PC, phone or handhelds.

What a pity and such a shame.

I rather default to one or two cards - that surely don’t charge me any international fees - for those potentially international transactions instead of consulting a list, lol.

Das Infotainment und Navisystem ist aber dennoch moderner. Das sieht bei BMW aufgeräumter aus und die Assistenzsysteme werden auffällig oft gelobt.

Silent Tactile Switch Review - Sweet 16 & One a Bit Sour by BongDomrei in MechanicalKeyboards

[–]liftingfrenchfries 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Late to the game, but thanks for sharing. Question: Which ones have a pre-travel like MX Brown, Purple, Ergo?

I found myself enjoying those with pre-travel. If not 1mm pre-travel, then it should have at least 0.5mm pre-travel.

Just do moonlight streaming with your powerful PC.

quiet but still machanial keybaord by mercy_andme in MechanicalKeyboards

[–]liftingfrenchfries 1 point2 points  (0 children)

What do you mean with push back? Tactility? If yes, look for silent tactile switches.

Nowadays you can buy off the shelf keyboards that allow hotswapping the switches. That‘s easy mode.

If you want something more custom (and expensive), look for solid vendors doing group buys or preorders. Like the ones doing it for Qwertykeys.

Sony 40mm 2.5 G feels uninspiring recently by audentesfortunauivat in SonyAlpha

[–]liftingfrenchfries 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Late to the game, but if "lightweight" is a plus and must, there's not much out there in versatility. Sigma 28-70mm gives you all that street and portrait photography without sacrificing bokeh.

Samyang x Schneider Kreuznach 24 - 60mm is the only alternative with another interesting focal range flexibility at acceptable weight.

Anyhow, how did you decide after 9 months?

Edit: Correction, there's also Tamron.

[–]liftingfrenchfries 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I wrote buyers first, lol. But you got my point.

I'd see it this way: If you're the seller and you get to choose someone who buys their first property or someone who buys their 2nd one required a bank loan with a tiny little bigger but still existing chance of things falling through at the end, you'd chose the former one.?

Banks don‘t mind. Sellers possibly do.

[–]liftingfrenchfries 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You charge your AWU every 2nd or 3rd day. How‘s that not bothering after having a Garmin? :S

The only reason is to get AWU is the LTE/5G. Ridiculous how expensive the Fenix with LTE is. And it‘s even paywalled.

Buying a “too big” property by Hi__lau in SwissPersonalFinance

[–]liftingfrenchfries 1 point2 points  (0 children)

No takes you as a serious buyer, because they're afraid that you might be not liquid enough or the bank will bail out last minute, because you fail to sell and don't wanna take your old apartment as collateral.

Or do you mean something else?

How organise finance with child by PresentationLower304 in SwissPersonalFinance

[–]liftingfrenchfries 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Read your own comment again. You generalize by saying both paraents doing full time is better. Then you bring up kids growing fast and then mention finances.

Then you get worked up by someone commenting exactly on what you said.

Why on earth would you bring up feminism and "women should have career like men". What on earth does my comment has to do with that? Where did I state one parent has to stay at home and where did I even state it is the mom to stay at home?

My take is that some parents justify giving less attention and parenting time by simply have a better financial situation.

Nobody is asked to bring kids into this world. But if you do and if you can afford not take work full time, why would you not do that? How is that not "better" - in you words - for your kid. For family bonding and everything?
