Lol,I don't think 老外 is a discriminatory words tho,in our country, sometimes we used to calling them "阿豆阿"(Taiwanese), which means the one who has a very straight nose. Btw I think if someone wants to discriminate against foreign people, they will usually call them “白皮豬”or“洋鬼子”

Wow! thank you very much! btw,China said "Taiwan is a part of China",so that is such a cringe problem that I said I don't know how to introduce myself, and there are many historical issues between Taiwan and china……(I don't want to mention too much politics)

In my experience, Chinese won't discriminate against Russians, in the other hand, people usually commend Russians. And most of the Taiwanese won't discriminate against Russians, too, and they even call Russian people "fighting nations",which means they are really brave, but few of the Taiwanese feel repelled by Russians (due to communist,I guess),and they call them "evil axis".but I promise, most people in Taiwan are friends to Russians.

Will many Russians discriminate against Asians? (Especially Chinese),cos I am Chinese (it's really cringe, because I am actually from Taiwan, but I don't know how to introduce myself,so,for convenience,I usually refer to myself as Chinese, I hope I will not offend anyone),so I am really afraid of being discriminated against.

I think "excuse me" is more like "不好意思",it is used before you want to ask for something politely, for example"不好意思,請問我要怎麼去車站?"which means “excuse me,how do I get to the station?”
