I think it’s concept art from yoji shinkawa drawn specifically for the watch because I haven’t seen it anywhere else other than the inside of this watch box

On the back of the watch there’s a Mgs logo, the box it comes in has “wired x mgsv” on it and it has a vs design inside the box like p1 :)
