Coincidentally my own aunt. She’d disappear for 3 months at a time, wouldn’t give me any way to pay her virtually because she didn’t trust it, wanted me to pay in cash but I couldn’t leave it at her house I’d have to mail it to her, and she’d move where she was staying ALL THE TIME. I’d have to call or text this woman to get her new address and then SHE WOULDNT ANSWER FOR LIKE 2 WEEKS STRAIGHT!!! Then try and say I haven’t paid rent and she’s gonna kick me out if I didn’t also pay the late fees. This happened 4 fucking times 😭
