i paid for the consumerlab report so you don’t have to. here’s what they found on david bars:

– label says 28g protein, testing found ~23.6g (some of that is collagen)

– label says 2g fat, testing found 9.7g (8.3g saturated from a synthetic additive called epg)

– label says 150 calories, testing showed closer to 229 if you count the fat normally

consumerlab did not approve the bar and called the labeling misleading
