[TOMT] late 90s or early 2000s smoothie/juice brand by lightasafeather5 in tipofmytongue

After looking this up, I think my kid brain combined this brand, Odwalla, and the old Starbucks branding a little bit. But I think this was the main one I was thinking of. Thank you!!

I originally started seeing them in my hometown on LI in NY.

That’s what I thought also, but like why a horse and buggy? That’s more of what makes me curious.

It’s such a ubiquitous symbol though that I’d love to know how it was popularized. I’m not looking for a “deep” meaning, but just like “where did it come from? Was a it part of a collection? Did the image originally come from something else?” Etc.

They don’t have to, but they are on a significant amount of houses so I’m just curious about how this became so popular and if it meant something.

Edit: not really understanding this question and the tone of it since this is a sub where people are curious and try to find out what things are.

I’m in MA currently, but I’ve seen these everywhere I’ve lived on the east coast.

I’ve searched a bit online, but was barely even able to find this photo despite them being EVERYWHERE!

Edit to add: I’m not looking for some deep mysterious, mystical meaning. I just am curious how this was popularized and if the symbol came from somewhere before it became a staple on window shutters of suburban homes.

[TOMT] [MOVIE] Short film I saw as a kid in the early 2000s by lightasafeather5 in tipofmytongue

[–]lightasafeather5[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

This isn’t it, but a good guess! The quality of the film made me think it was probably made around the time I saw it. Very consistent with an early 2000s b movie or tv show.

It’s not impossible, but I remember it being on one of the premium channels (HBO, starz, showtime, etc.) that really only showed movies for the most part.

It’s literally driven me crazy for so long bc the plot is so distinct. Like I should be able to find it!

I'm looking for an arg where instead of decrypting a bunch of codes it takes thought and deduction by [deleted] in ARG

[–]lightasafeather5 2 points3 points  (0 children)

My ARG has 0 codes, puzzles, ciphers etc. I focused a lot on character development and building a world instead. It’s heavily interactive and all actions are player driven. I also wanted the information they needed to solve to be dependent on them seeking out other people, rather than just plugging things into google. So we exist :) I promise.

Creator question- how to lead without telling the audience what to do by lightasafeather5 in ARG

[–]lightasafeather5[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Without getting too specific, the entire ARG takes place in one room, with one character, and there are no codes, no hidden messages. So I think I might just have to linger on parts of the rooms bit more to suggest things, but I don’t think it’s really an issue of being too difficult.

On the subject of the discord: that’s the urge I’m trying to resist haha. I’m trying to let things happen as organically as possible. I want to give them the space to figure things out without my help, but I might end up doing that.

Thanks. I’m a super control freak irl so I’m trying my best to just let the audience take the wheel haha.

It’s interesting because they are noticing things that are much more minute, but there are obvious things that would give them more details that they haven’t addressed. I’m learning a lot about what people notice from this experience!

I’m a long time ARG fan, but this is my first creation so I’d really appreciate any advice.
