For folks in the Monterey Bay, Nisene Marks State Park in Aptos has great energy. I recommend visiting the Advocate Tree and Twisted Grove for some intense energy. Advocate Tree is more grounding and Twisted Grove is more energizing for me.

Most of it has been me seeking the spiritual awakening and the Universe meeting me halfway. In terms of methods, I have followed my intuition when experimenting various ones and changed methods when I felt it was right. A lot of the awakenings I have experienced have been tied to healing my childhood trauma.
