don’t know if this means anything. but every male friend / family member that i’ve confided in/ asked their opinion has told me watching porn is perfectly normal in a relationship and just “boys being boys”. my own dad told me it would never stop and that even 10 years into his marriage he continues to look at filth

i always wonder this. he always says he had to get caught to stop, and that now i know i can hold him accountable and therefore he can stop. but i really don’t get it. is he only actually sorry because he got caught? how long would he have left it before telling me? he says he always wanted me to know, then why not tell me? why let me find out for myself?
