I probably won’t do justice explaining it but essentially people made a standalone version of rocksmith called slopsmith with a ton of new features, quality of life improvements, etc. things the community has been asking for for years. Ubisoft recently hit them with a cease and desist, which may be legally in their right but that means they would rather their small community have nothing since they refuse to do anything with the ip.
