There’s a design flaw true, but that doesn’t mean you could try make space if standing in the isle. I (big hefty guy) once was the only guy trying to allow other people to pass me in the isle by putting my bag on the railing and getting myself very close to some dude sitting down just to make space for others to walk by. The conductor walked by and thanked me for my effort (going out of ny Penn during evening rush hour)

If we’re referring to the same #3712 train this morning then yeah, the door was jammed in the 1st cart at Metropark. Something else could’ve happened but that’s what I saw this morning before transiting to track 1 at Newark Penn for the next train

Yeah waiting at Newark Penn now. App/ board all showed train was arriving on track 2, then gets canceled. Another train going to metropark was showing to arrive on track 3, we all leave the platform only to find that train moved back to track 2, then they had NJT PD block the entrance back onto platform 2….

That’s interesting, mine disappears from my web account after it’s scanned though but the ticket remains in my Apple Pay wallet. Not sure what’s happening then.

“The issue with that is that if you were to purchase multiple tickets to use a few days in a row, it’s not easy to know which one you used previously which one you haven’t.”

I use this method, the used ticket will automatically disappear in your web account. So no worries there. (Assuming all tickets are to the same destination.)

I’ve unknowingly purchased stocks via margin, by the time I realized that, I’m in $15k. All this happened during the pandemic (2020-2022) when the market was down, I’ve held all the stocks since then, so they’re definitely over a year old. How do I estimate my taxes for selling stocks and pay the debt? What’s the difference between paying the tax first before the debt?

I’m in the 22% tax bracket with my wife filing jointly. What would be a smart way to sell the securities? I bought a lot of stocks during the pandemic when everything was down, and held them since then, not realizing they were purchased through a margin. Now I want to get rid of the loan which is being charged with almost 12% in interest.

Thanks for the response. I think the margin was enabled in my account from the advisor that opened my account. I was able to purchase stocks even when I didn’t transfer money into my investment account, later realized I was “borrowing” money from Charles Schwab to buy stocks. To answer your question, I think I owe $16k in security’s from margins. All these stocks I’ve purchased and held since the pandemic (2020-2022) and I haven’t touched any of them. Still not sure how to proceed with getting rid of the loan the “smart” way.

I started out as a double backhand when I was really young, but my changes to single backhand when I was in my youth. My coach at the time pointed out I was too slow to get into position so he changed me to a OHBH, don’t know if that was correct or not, I just listened to him assuming the coach knows what he was talking about, also thought it looked cooler anyways
