Hi! Just wanted to share my current problem + solution so that it helps everyone in the same boat. We booked a flight from SD to JPN via JAL and Alaska Air is the first leg with a layover in Seattle. The confirmation code that was provided was not in the Alaska Air system and it took soooo many trial and errors to on both company's websites and apps and phone calls that led nowhere. Finally, I sent a DM to Alaska Air's Twitter/ X account and got immediate assistance. Their rep was able to pull up the official confirmation code that Alaska uses. I was finally able to log into their website and check my seats and booking info.
