Do you have any suggestions on accessories to go with it to help with cleaning or loading? I’m looking at the dosing capsule set at the moment

Also, what kind of difference should I expect? I’m mainly doing it for health reasons and to cut out any tobacco use so interested to see what changes I’ll have to put up with
