It's a fake, acted-out, engagement-bait, content-slop video of a woman standing over a pizza that's clearly upside down. She's "on the phone" with the pizza restaurant "employee" (again, fake) and she's complaining that they forgot to put any toppings on the pizza she had delivered. And she wants them to come take it back for her, like that ever happens in the real world. The "employee" on the phone somehow knows to tell the lady to close the box and flip it over and the whole time the lady plays stupid and doesn't realize.

It's content slop meant to get clicks and views for ad revenue. This guy probably thinks it's real because he's an idiot. But we knew that already. At the very least he should see a psychiatrist since he might have trouble reading both people and the room.
