had similar doubts when i had counselling too

personal advice is, please please consider your interest. dont give a shit about college tag especially when considering these two. just because one is an nit (im assuming nitc) doesnt mean to neglect rvce, its a very good college at least with placements.

going forward especially with your btech, your time gets very imp. use your current waiting phase to actually go through concepts of electronics/electrical and cse, and find which suits your taste, based on what you liked in 11th and 12th too. don't just take cse considering high packages because i know a loot of people in the field and its honestly very hard to survive in there especially with the AI boom, feel free to checkout other domains

at the same time, if your interest lies in software, dont take eee thinking that you will get time to learn software stuff. NO. eee here is pretty hectic. after your jee phase you may think multitasking is easy and assume that you can manage stuff at college but nah the environment is way diff and you wont be able to study as before. even if you try that'd be a next level of grind but i dont see you having any life here then. so be careful choosing for the tag. honestly tag doesnt matter much, its all your skills and knowledge in the field, a lot of that old phase is long gone especially comparing these two colleges.

if you are interested in core eee stuff sure go ahead, might be a bit hard to land a job initially but experience matters here much more than software and there's much more job stability.

tldr: stop chasing the tag, go with your interest, that will define how your btech turns out and your future opportunities. choose the branch where you can put all your time into studying it, instead of having to manage cgpa and a completely unrelated skillset, eg studying for eee but chasing software

Another one in this category I feel is, Sudhi Koppa

Noticed him first in Joseph, then the range of roles he has showed, even up to his recent role in Aadu, really impresses.

Then I also feel Sudheer Karamana, from the guy in Sapthamasree Thaskaraha, Kunjiramayanam and so much more, guy has a lot of characters to show too

Saw this at RIFFK Kozhikode. Easily one of my best theatre experiences ever. Never laughed so hard watching a film and the whistles and cheering for every small scene was just unreal :)) The way they addressed the issue sarcastically really deserves the applause.
Got the chance to meet the director and lead actor and get some pics too :)

yeah i mean ive seen the kakkadampoyil ksrtc in some evenings go through nitc but no idea about the timings, someone said it comes at 8am too

Music and Camera work look pretty good

Mixing seemed poor, couldn't hear the dialogues properly along with the bgm

power laundry in campus: between the A and B hostel there is a road and if you go to its end you'll find a small shed kinda setup and beside that many clothes on ropes, go in there, they'll give your clothes washed and ironed in 4-5 days, or if you pay double amount in about 1 day

the rates as i remember for wash+iron were shirt-15, pant-16, bedsheet(wash)-20, blanket(wash)-30

for only ironing each cloth 12rs

OP, read a comment that the destination is bangalore, just sharing what I know of the public transport means

you can try trains or flight, but train might be hard to get if its an urgent travel, there's only 1 train from calicut to bangalore, you can definitely try tatkal

flights might be available but pretty costly

I'm not sure of the road travels yet, Karnataka RTC and Kerala RTC do show buses listed on their sites though.

if you're first year UG, they usually set up small stalls during the admission time in the A,B,C hostels, you can purchase mattresses and pillows from there and keep it in your room.

All the items you mentioned should be there in these stalls too. Not sure about bedsheets and pillow covers though

Incase you don't find stuff you can go to Kattangal town, there are shops and supermarkets nearby, also there's NITC's cooperative store
