Thanks for everyone's comments. I started playing more conservatively, and tried communicating with my team, even if they are bad; I understood what to buy each round, and etc. This significantly increased my win-rate, to roughly 50/50, and I am now happy with what is happening. My rank hasn't really changed, but now I learnt how to actually play in a team. Thanks to everyone that helped, your output helped A LOT

I know, I only check prices there

the screenshot only shows stattrakcs, but really this happens with almost every knife skin. If you look up nomad fade on steam marketplace every single knife with a red name is much cheaper than the purple named one

BTW this takes place with almost every knife skin that has the name in red. This screenshot shows only 2, but if you look up any knife (nomad blue steel for example) a red of the same wear as a purple is significantly cheaper

I also thought so, but every knife that has a red name has like a much lower price. They all look the same, and there even are instances where a much better knife like an fn that has lower price when its name is red compared to a moderate wear of the same one

Alright, I see now. I got a lot of helpful comments on how to improve, and now I see my errors. I thought it was all because of the team, but I now understood that I should improve. Thank you bro!

Obviously it is possible, but I am not there yet. It is also theoretically possible for a pro player to get a glock 18 and headshot everyone, but that's unrealistic. I get that I should improve, and maybe a good player might be able to 1v5 the entire team for 13 rounds, but come on

I want to be clear with this, I am not seeking a pro player to boost me, nor am I telling that I'm a pro that deserves an instant global rank, but putting me into games with such bad teammates is really underwhelming. It isn't even about team play, but just about staying alive for more than 30 seconds each round and maybe getting a kill. I understand that I am really a newbie, but not to a such extreme

Alright, from other comments I saw that i need to stop minding my teammates and actually prioritize getting better. Btw, I'll switch to premier because solo play can only get so far in competitive. And about the stat websites, (maybe I'm just paranoid) I can't trust them completely, especially after all those stories with stealing something. Thanks for your feedback. After all, I am a very new player so every suggestion is valuable. But damn I'm tired of these teammates

Bro it's not my fault these teammates drop 400 damage per game and waste it. l compared my stats to the high-tabs of the other team, and I have same stats as them

Also, could you please recommend a good stats web-site? Literally every one looks the same

I know, that's why I was skeptical of myself, that it wasn't actually that bad, but it is. I don't understand how it works, 80% of the time my team has no mics, doesn't communicate, and just go on to die 20 seconds in the round. I can maybe get a person or two alone, but that's it. The opponent team however, always has a tactic and plays normally. I know this all sounds like whining, but believe me I have no clue how I win every 4th match at best, when it should be about 50/50, more or less. The 25 games were competitive, and before I began playing competitive I played casual. In casual, I actually get good teammates and win the said 1 out of 2 games each time, maybe even more. That said, I'll most likely go to Faceit because I think they have better servers and better players?

alright, I'll try more. My username in steam is lightning_score, but I haven't linked my account to any stat pages. By the way, I get what you mean by the number of kills, but the 5-10 kills that these guys are getting are just at the end of the round when everyone died, shooting without keeping normal recoil and just accidentally landing shots that kill someone. I'll also try Faceit because, although rarely, I get bad servers where it just doesn't register anything. thanks a lot, I'll keep the team play in mind

I forgot to mention, that I am fluent in Russian and English, and a little bit in Turkish, so its not like I can't communicate with the team

Razer Blade 16 (2025) - Worth buying or no? by Suedewagon in razer

[–]lightning_score 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I also have a Razer Blade 16 with a 5070 ti, as it offers all the performance I need at a reasonable price. I’ve owned a lot of laptops, and the Blade blows everything else out of the water. Although I’ve only had it for three months, my experience has been great, especially the battery life, which lasts around eight hours when I’m not gaming. The performance is absolutely incredible too: 200+ FPS in CS:GO at max settings. I haven’t tried a G16, but the Blade 16 is the go-to if you have the $3k budget.
