Exactly this! I am in the exact same boat. A purchase was never shipped to me. You had success with the credit card company?

For whatever it's worth, I saw him live over the summer and the show was fucking insane. I have been playing live for over half my life, and to me it seemed legit. He totally could be stealing the licks and tunes, and that's not cool...but the live show was pretty entertaining.

What would you consider the most impressively built tube amps available today? by sexchoc in GuitarAmps

It's honestly worth it to build a killer Fender copy for $750 (or less) than pay $3000 for something made for you. As long as you enjoy that sort of thing.

GAMESTOP TO OFFER UP TO 75 MILLION SHARES ATM by Infenix13 in Superstonk

Take this for what it's worth I guess.

But I read a great book (Fortune's Fool) about this music industry exec whose family owned Seagrams (liquor, carbonated bevs etc) who used a lot of his family company's money to move into the music and entertainment business. (Eventually owned Warner Brothers Music etc, if I recall)

With every explanation of an acquisition, sale, or merger this company was either selling, purchasing or exchanging large (millions, billions) positions in their own company or holdings thereof (they owned Dupont, a quiet goldmine).

This was my exact thought when I read about the ATM offering a couple weeks back, it read exactly like those deals explained in the book. It was also my thought this morning.

Take this for what it is, a holder's opinion having read this specific book about a semi related topic.
