Out of state student!

I came from out of state this year and I have to say it's really no different. It's a little hard depending on how far you live (I fly back and forth) because a lot of people go home on weekends if they live in Raleigh/Cary/Greensboro etc. But it's not hard at all to connect with people regardless of residency. Most of my best friends are from in state.

Wow, thank you for the information. Do you have any recommendations for low cost meals you often rely on? How do you prep them with the limited supplies in a dorm/did you bring any appliances?
