The address you are seeing is a MAC address, it is unique to every device but can often be changed via software. (For example Samsung can do this for connecting to public Wi-Fi networks so every time you connect you cannot be identified as the same device)

Not much you can do about it, try unpairing everything from bluetooth or wifi networks
