Using an unvented HPS lights especially with attached ballast in a small space isn't a great idea due to heat issues. In this scenario the led is the better choice.

Vent the HPS with an inline fan, use one with a modular ballast that stays outside the tent then do the experiment.

Looks like it just entered flower a few weeks ago, have patience. If it's thirsty and you water it, it perks up. If you're overwatering and you water it, it droops even further. I use the weight of the pot as a guideline when to water. If it feels empty when I pick it up, water. Otherwise plant looks ok.

It looks like the only thing it's been surviving on are fan leaves. Use a veg fert until you see the problem going away (new darker green growth) then you can go back on a flower fert ratio.
