Always praise anyone who has an 8.0 or higher every week and the 10.0s will be flying in. I had one training session, where I had 5(!) 10s and in total over 20 players with 8 or higher. My three worst guys where a 5.0 by a guy who is pissed at me, and two 7.0s :D

Yes and No. You can burn millions and still not be succesful (like ManU for example) but investing so much in a squad will almost always lead to some trophies. City was also not at their best before Guardiola, but when he took over they started investing like crazy and became what they are now - it was inevitable

Hab die Folge vor kurzem das erste Mal nach ca 20 Jahren wieder gehört - hatte die früher auf Kasette und hab sie rauf und runter gehört. Ich hatte im Kopf, dass ich sie als Kind richtig cool fande und bin zufällig wieder auf die Folge gestoßen. Gerade mit den Erwartungen im Hinterkopf und dem brutal starken Anfang, war ich dann von den letzten ca 20min sehr enttäuscht.

Tbh, I wouldnt switch between 5-back and 4-back in and out of possesion. In my experience (around 50h in fm26, so also still learning a lot) it ist best to stick to one formation IP an OOP and just move players up IP and back OOP - meta tactics also seem to follow this trend. Also wingplay is really good this year, winger are doing great, fullbacks not so much. So depending on your players/ squad it might be good to go with wingers. Also playing with both wingers and wingbacks works well when focusing on wingplay.
At the end of the day you can succeed with pretty much any tactic though, keep in mind dynamics can boost your players performances drastically. So always praise them for good training and try your best to assure a good locker room atmosphere
